Each service has a minimum and a range. The spread is wide: a “website” can mean a $600 one-pager or a $3,000 store.

I name the exact figure after the brief. If I misjudge the work, that’s on me.

25% before the start, the rest in parts as we go, usually two or three payments. I am self-employed, every payment comes with a receipt.

A contract on request, the template is ready.

A bot from five days, a site from ten, an app from six weeks. The exact date is in the estimate.

It slips when the task grows along the way, or when I spend a few days waiting for an answer. If I am running late myself, you hear about it in advance.

It is faster for me, and probably for you. In chat everything we agree on stays as text you can reread a month later.

After a call there is usually nothing left except a feeling that we agreed on everything. If the task is tangled, we can talk for twenty minutes before the start.

The brief: 12 questions, about fifteen minutes. Accesses, if the project already exists.

Texts and photos, if you have them. And answers within a day or two — the timeline in the estimate assumes that.

A week of silence moves the deadline by a week.

Every 3–4 days I send a three-minute video: what works now and what changed. You can watch it from your phone.

Speed and the mobile layout you can check without me: Google PageSpeed is free, I will send the link. I also check things people rarely ask about: how it looks on an old phone, what happens on a weak connection, what happens when a product name runs to three lines.

That is what the videos every 3–4 days are for. Redrawing the mockup on day three is normal; two days before delivery it is half the work again.

If after the first stage you see that you do not like how I work, we stop. The deposit covers what I have done, and everything made so far is yours.

While the work is running, changes are the work, I do not count them separately. After delivery I fix things free for a week.

My own mistakes I fix always, even a year later. If you want something that was not in the estimate, I price it separately.

The domain, hosting, payment account and both store accounts are registered to you and your email on the first day. Sounds like paperwork, but this is exactly why people spend years trying to get their site back from a previous contractor.

The product and all the accesses are yours. The code stays with me; if you need it too, say so at the start, it affects the price.

Nobody warns about this, so here it is. A domain is around $15 a year.

Site hosting from zero to $10 a month. A server for a bot $5–10.

The payment provider takes its percentage of turnover. All of it is in your name and paid directly.

Support is $50 a month: I keep an eye on the project and do small fixes. The project runs fine without it too.

No. It turns an interested person into a request, but that person has to come from somewhere: ads, search, social media, word of mouth.

What I do on my side is make the first screen load fast, make it obvious where to click, and wire up analytics, so you can later see where people came from and where they left.

Nobody can promise that, a human reviewer decides. I have had rejections too: always over the description or the privacy policy, and that is a day or two to fix.

I handle the correspondence with review myself, and the fixes it asks for are already in the price.
