PERSONAL DATA
Consent to personal data processing
Short version: I take your name and one contact so I can reply to your brief. Nothing is sold, nobody is added to a mailing list, and I delete it all the moment you ask. The long version is below, the way the law wants it.
Who the data controller is
Viktoriia Aleksandrovna Oleinik, self-employed, TIN 616306251781.
For anything about your data write to hi@disify.dev. I answer myself, usually the same day.
What I collect
The name you give me. The contact you leave: Telegram, email or phone. Your answers to the twelve brief questions — about the task, the timeline and the budget.
The form asks for nothing else and collects nothing quietly. No ID documents, no addresses, no payment details — not now, not later.
The draft in your browser
While you fill the brief in, your answers are kept in your own browser so a closed tab does not cost you the work. That draft never leaves your device, I cannot see it, and it is erased once the brief is sent.
What it is for
To reply to you, ask follow-up questions and put together an estimate. That is the whole list.
No ads, no newsletters, no profiling, no decisions made about you by a machine.
The legal basis
Your consent — the checkbox on the last step of the brief. Without it the form does not send: the check runs both in your browser and on the server.
The consent stands until you withdraw it.
Who else sees this
A finished brief reaches me in Telegram, which means it travels through Telegram servers and sits in the chat with my bot. The site itself runs on Vercel hosting, so its servers handle the request on the way to me.
That is where it stops. I do not hand your data to ad networks, do not sell it, do not publish it and do not show it to other clients.
How long I keep it
For as long as we are working together, plus a year after delivery — so I can pull up the history if you come back with changes.
Briefs that never turned into a project are deleted after six months. Sooner, if you ask.
Withdrawing consent and deleting your data
Write to hi@disify.dev or to @disifydev on Telegram: “delete my data”. No explanation needed.
I erase everything within three working days and write back to confirm.
Your rights
You may ask what data about you I hold, have it corrected, blocked or deleted, and withdraw your consent at any moment. This follows Federal Law No. 152-FZ on Personal Data.
If you think I got something wrong you can complain to Roskomnadzor — but write to me first, it is faster.
Cookies and trackers
There is exactly one cookie here, disify.lang, and it remembers the language you picked. No analytics, no pixels, no advertising trackers.
Any other question about your data — just ask, I will answer in plain words.
