YES TAX APP
Privacy Policy
In short: the app has no server. Everything you type stays on your iPhone and, if you use iCloud, in your own private Apple storage. I never see it, collect it, or pass it on.

Who is behind the app
Viktoriia Oleinik, self-employed developer and designer. Website — disify.dev.
Any question about your data: hi@disify.dev. I answer personally.
What the app collects
Nothing. Yes Tax has no sign-up, asks for no email or phone number, and creates no account.
Project and client names, rates, hours, requests and notes are typed by you and stored on your device. I have no access to them.
Where the data goes
Nowhere. The app makes no network calls to servers of mine — there are none. No analytics, no advertising SDKs, no trackers, no "anonymous usage statistics".
The only links the app opens are this website and the App Store, and only when you tap them yourself.
iCloud
If iCloud is enabled on your device, the app syncs your projects between your own devices through the private iCloud storage of your Apple Account.
That data belongs to you and lives with Apple, not with me — I cannot read it. You can turn syncing off in the system iCloud settings. Apple’s handling of it is covered by Apple’s privacy policy.
Documents, PDF and export
Change orders, PDFs, CSV files and the summary image are generated on your device. Nothing is uploaded: a file goes only where you send it through the system share sheet.
The shareable image deliberately carries no client name — people post it publicly.
Notifications
Reminders (weekly summary, "a project went red", a week before the deadline) are local: your iPhone schedules and shows them. There is no push server, so there are no device tokens to collect.
Children
The app is made for adults who work for themselves and is not directed at children. No data from children is collected — just as no data at all is.
Deleting your data
Delete a project inside the app, or delete the app itself — the data on the device goes with it.
If syncing was on, a copy stays in your iCloud until you remove the app’s data in the system iCloud settings.
If anything changes
If the app ever gains something that sends data anywhere, this page will be updated before that version ships, and the date above will change.
