The client gets a working product and all accesses to it. The source code stays with the developer. Handing over the source code is discussed separately and affects the price.
Yes. The developer is self-employed, a receipt is issued for every payment, and a contract is signed at the client’s request.
The developer’s own bugs are fixed free of charge, always, with no time limit. The week after delivery covers free changes of any kind. After that, changes not related to bugs are priced separately or included in support at 5,000 ₽ a month.
