The ranges are wide because “a site” or “a bot” can differ fivefold. What decides it:

Features.: A “collect requests” bot differs a lot from a “payments + database + admin panel” bot.
Design.: If the mockups are ready, it comes out cheaper. If there are none, I draw them myself, and that is separate work.
Admin panel.: Costs money once, saves it every month.
Integrations.: Every external service (payments, CRM, delivery) needs its own wiring.
Urgency.: “Needed yesterday” pushes other projects aside, and that shows in the price.

The estimate comes after the brief, in writing. If the task changes, the estimate changes. If it doesn’t, neither does the number.
