That is guesswork rather than a brief. First we need to understand what you actually need.

For equity, for experience, for a testimonial: no. I am a sole trader, not a co-owner of the business.
“Needed yesterday, priced like a week”
Urgency pushes other projects aside. That is paid for with money.
Endless revisions
A week after launch is free, after that changes are hourly.
