FAQ

What people usually ask

How much does it cost?

Every service lists a minimum and a “usually lands at” range. The spread is wide because a “website” is both a $600 card and a $3,000 store. I give the exact figure after the brief and put it in writing.

How do I pay?

25% before the start, the rest in parts as things get done. I am self-employed, the receipt arrives by email straight away.

Is there a contract?

If you need one — we sign it. For many people the correspondence is enough: it legally counts for something too, by the way.

How long does it take?

A bot from five days, a site from ten, an app from six weeks. The exact timeline comes with the estimate, and it is real, not decorative.

What if I do not like it?

That is what the video every 3–4 days is for: you see the work in progress, not a surprise at the end. Turning a project around halfway is cheap. At the end it is expensive. So watch the videos.

Are fixes paid?

A week after delivery — free. My own mistakes I fix for free always, even a year later. New wishes cost money, and that is fair.

Do I get the source code?

You get a working product and all the accesses. The code itself stays with me — if you need the sources, we discuss it, it affects the price.

What happens after launch?

I can maintain the project: $50/month for keeping an eye on it and small fixes. Breakages that are my fault are free and outside the plan.

What do you need from me?

A filled-in brief. If the project already exists — the accesses. Texts and photos if you have them; if not, we will come up with them along the way.
