The ranges are honest but wide — here is what decides where your project lands:

Features.: A “collect requests” bot and a “payments + database + admin panel” bot are different bots.
Design.: Mockups ready — cheaper. None — I draw them, and that is separate work.
Admin panel.: Costs money once, saves it every month.
Integrations.: Every external service — payments, CRM, delivery — is a separate wiring job.
Urgency.: “Needed yesterday” pushes other projects aside, and that shows in the price.

I name the exact figure after the brief and put it in writing. It does not change after that — unless the task does.
