I could build it. You would be the one explaining to your customers where it all went.
“Make it like theirs, only better”
Without your own goal that is not a brief, it is guesswork. First what you need, then how it looks.
“No budget yet, but the project is promising”
For equity, for experience, for a testimonial — no. I am a freelancer, not a co-founder.
“Needed yesterday, priced like a week”
Urgency pushes other projects aside. That costs money, not nerves.
Endless revisions
A week after launch is free, after that it is hourly. Otherwise the project never ends.

Everything else is up for discussion — especially things I have not built before.
